We offer classes for gymnasts, dancers, cheerleaders, divers, martial artists, free runners, and anyone who wants to flip and twist! Our experienced coaches provide a safe and fun environment where students can develop their skills and achieve their goals. We offer progression-based tumbling classes for all skill levels.

Classes are split by both age and ability.

We also offer open gym and boys-specific classes.

Level 1:
Beginning Tumble

Our beginning tumbling program offers three age groups with each group working on the same skill set. Beginning skills include handstands, cartwheels, backbends, kickovers and much much more!  A strong basic skill set will lead to confidence and success at the higher levels of tumbling. 

Level 4: 

This level will focus on shifting roundoff back handsprings from our soft surface to the regular floor.  Front and back flips, including standing back flips, will also be a primary focus.  Additionally, students will learn to tumble into the foam pit in preparation for more advanced tumbling. 

Level 2:

This level is for students with a strong Level 1 basic skill set such as handstands, cartwheels, backbends and kick-overs.  Front and back handsprings will be a primary focus of this class level.

Level 5: 
Advanced Tumble

Advanced tumbling is for students with a very strong, unassisted level 1-4 skill set.  Back layouts, fulls, double fulls, double backs and more are all taught at this level.

Level 3: 
Intermediate Tumble

A standing back handspring and strong basics are required for this class. This level will primarily focus on the roundoff back handspring sequence. Additionally, front and back flips will be taught on trampoline and into the foam pit.

Open Gym

Open gym participants will be able to work at their own pace in a semi-structured, safe, and supervised atmosphere. Instruction and spotting assistance is available. Ages 10 and up.
